2. When was your company founded? How big is your team? Are you all working remotely?

Since our inception in 2015, we have been working remotely. We promote a healthy 

organizational DNA. At present, we are a team of 25+. We assure complete assistance in terms of content writing and organic PR coverage.


3. How are you different from other news wire services or e-release websites? What more do you offer compared to other PR Agencies?

Many sites deliver pseudo coverage through syndication, which has very little value. 

Unlike other PR agencies, we take a different approach. We brainstorm the angle, create the pitch, write the press release, identify the most relevant journalists and pitch, one by one. 


We also take care of the follow-ups. Such organic coverage tends to help in brand building and customer acquisition.


4. What is the process you follow?

After you sign-up, a dedicated account manager takes you  through the 6-step process starting from onboarding to approval and final outreach.

     
  1. The account manager will connect with you on a call for a PR counseling session and

  3. Then there is an onboarding questionnaire to take down more details in regards to your       product, your goal from the PR Campaign, and what kind of regions/target audience you want to target with this PR Campaign, and also if there are any specific media outlets which are on your wishlist.

  5. Once we have all the info from your end we shall draft a press release and an email pitch and send it to you for approval.

  7. We create a target list of Media Outlets (as per your target market/industry ) and send it to you for approval.

  9. Once approved we get started with the outreach and we shall aim to secure all the placements from within the approved list of media outlets.

  11. We secure coverages in the form of organic media placements (earned media). We don't pay the media outlets to feature our clients.

5. Can you guarantee media placements in top outlets like TechCrunch and Forbes?

We can reach out to the most relevant journalists who cover your niche, but it is hard 

to guarantee any specific outlet upfront. If you are looking to get coverage in the likes of TC & Forbes, we shall request you to check out our Breakout or Spotlight plan for the same.


6. Does the Promotehour team have special contacts within these media outlets that can guarantee press releases in those publications?

We do have contacts with journalists from the media outlets, but as we focus on 

organic (non-paid) press coverage, we don't have direct control over their decisions. We make sure to reach out to all the top media outlets which are relevant for a product.


7. Do you let me see a draft of the PR  and can I edit it before you send it to journalists?

Of course. We will share the pitch, press release as well as media list with you before 

reaching out to the targeted journalists. We work on them only after we get approvals from you.


8. How do you get these placements?

We focus on getting organic press coverage via personalized and direct outreach to 

relevant journalists, instead of broadcasting the press release to media outlets. Press coverage is generally in the form of a feature story or a review. Once a client signs up, we research and come up with compelling story ideas. We also build a list of relevant journalists, and reach out to them.
